The Russians have found new ways to fight the Armed Forces, but they do not work everywhere - the media
This is stated in the material of Shepard Media. It is reported that at the beginning of a full-scale war, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were manual complexes for combating UAVs, such as "Harpun-3". Such devices provide interference in direct visibility at the typical frequencies used by small drones at a distance of 1 to 3 kilometers. In addition, the occupiers had larger HRS systems that cover large areas. These include the P-330G ("resident") and "Field-21".
As the activity of Ukrainian small UAVs increases and the decrease in the vulnerability of the FPV-pins, the Russian military faced the lack of "Harpoon-3" type systems. For this reason, the occupiers began to use Chinese IEns, inexpensive analyzers of the radio frequency spectrum, as well as homemade obstacles. The aforementioned means of combating the Drones of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are combined with the work of snipers, which can knock down larger UAVs of the Baba Yaga.
If the drone fails to knock one shot, the sniper risks the attack. In addition, the occupiers try to knock down the Baba Yaga UAV with the help of drones of interceptors carrying explosives. The publication also states that the Russian military launched anti-tank guided missiles (PTKR) to damage the relaying systems that can be used to increase the range of FPV-pings. Another purpose of the Russian units of the IP is Ukrainian drones-retranslators.
Thus, the staff of the destruction of the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 team infrastructure may indicate that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are able to identify retranslars and drone management points. According to journalists, during the war in Ukraine many technologies are created from scratch, which is why the mentioned Russian remedies can be unevenly distributed.
Therefore, Russian UAV-interceptors or other means of control of drones used in one area of the front may be completely absent on another. Recall that the Russian Federation has developed new devices for combating drones based on artificial intelligence. The new mobile system is called "paragraph" and, according to the manufacturer, is capable of stuffing all active frequency ranges.
