Alexander Kovalenko, a military-political observer of the project "Information Resistance", told about the peculiarities of the new Russian tactics on Facebook page. After that, he concluded that the new Russian tactics are based on the fact that the regions that have no air defense are systematically and purposefully fired. The regions of Ukraine suffering from Russian blows and the absence of air defense are Odessa, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv region. The Russians use the X-59 and 9m723/728 Issnder-M/KN-23 OTRCs, and the Armed Forces do not have the means that would be knocked down.
