Ukraine has not agreed so - why Putin is obliged to remove the presidency because of a speech on Valdai.

At the Valdai Forum, Putin stated that Ukraine had violated the promise not to enter the blocks - "and we did not agree. " On this political technologist Dmitry Zolotukhin denies: we also did not agree that Putin would rewrite the Constitution of Russia several times - so, according to his logic, he has to leave his position . . . In what borders does Putin recognize Ukraine? At the Valdai Forum, the moderator asked Putin about what borders Russia recognizes Ukraine.

Despite the fact that Eugene "Marshal" Zhukov once in his interview answered this question - "Russia will recognize Ukraine within the territory in which the Russians receive *gifts . . . " - nevertheless, this is an interesting moment in Putin's interview. And his highlight is the following . . . According to Putin, "we recognized Ukraine within the 1991 arrangements, but then it was written in the Declaration of Sovereignty that Ukraine is a non -aligned state. And on this basis we recognized borders.

" Putin probably refers to this point of the Declaration: "The Ukrainian SSR solemnly proclaims its intention to become a constant neutral state in the future, which does not participate in the military blocks and adheres to three non -nuclear principles: not to accept, produce or acquire nuclear weapons. " Subsequently, Ukraine, Ukraine changed the Constitution and made a desire to join NATO without asking Putin's permission. "And we did not agree . . . " This is a very important moment of his speech.

Since we have not agreed that Putin will break the Russian Constitution several times in 30 years, withdrawing policies from the regions through the termination in the subjects of the Federation of any political process, as well as by abandoning our presidential terms. After all, we also did not agree. Putin has actually made a coup in Russia, shaking legislation. And we do not support state revolutions. Putin, in fact, made a "brown revolution" in Russia.

Further, Putin gives an example of the decision of the international court against Kosov, mention that the self -determining territory is not obliged to in no way reconcile its actions with the state to which the territory is part of its self -determination. That is, in essence, Putin contradicts himself, on the one hand, stating that Ukraine, which is separated, in no way is obliged to somehow consolidate or not to secure its fork.

But here he says: "We have not agreed" in this way, for long-term settlement and end of the war, Putin must return all the normative provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which he changed in a voluntary way, and as a result to leave the post of president as a person who is illegally holds this position.
