For the first time after a blow to the headquarters of the Russian Strategic Group "Dnepr", a Russian Colonel-General, Commander of the Air Force-Air Forces, Mikhail Teplinsky appeared on the video. He recorded an appeal to create a landing school in Ryazan. In the video you can see that he had a defect of the tongue and a slightly skewed face.

There were no such features before. The occupier reads the phrases of the text from the screen and barely pronounces them. It was probably shown to motivate personnel, since the offensive of Ukrainian troops continues on the Left Bank. The disappearance of the military earlier in the command of the invaders was not explained. In the occupied Genichesk in Kherson region, loud explosions were heard on November 1.
