According to the Ukrainian command, the completion of the mobilized units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which suffered losses, inspires despair from Russian soldiers. The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that the mobilization declared in Russia does not allow to strengthen the combat capability and combat spirit of the personnel of the units. According to the General Staff, in Sevastopol the occupiers were presented to the Crimeans about 1 thousand stories.

All mobilized are promised that they will serve in the Kherson region before the end of the so -called "special operation". At the same time, the Russian command of mobilization arrived without preparation is sent to the front to replenish the composition of units shabby. "This significantly affects the decrease in the level of moral and psychological state of the enemy's servicemen and the quality of their responsibilities," the General Staff emphasized.

Meanwhile, men who are threatened with mobilization continue to flee from Russia. In North Ossetia, the turn on the border with Georgia stretched for 20 km, which was used by local police and taxi drivers. The former collect tribute from all men who want to cross the border, the second - for a considerable amount they offer to be attached to the beginning of the queue, so as not to wait for the transition across the border for several days.
