The Central Election Commission and International Partners are working on the post -war election. People's Deputy says that elections should meet international standards when the security situation is not fully meets pre -war conditions. In addition to security, there is a problem of departure of millions of Ukrainians abroad. Venislavsky considers it necessary to provide participation in the upcoming elections as a wide range of citizens of the country.

At the same time, the Election Code of Ukraine allows voting in diplomatic missions and consular institutions abroad. But given the number of Ukrainian citizens abroad, it is impossible to do so. "This issue will need to be regulated. Perhaps, as examples from practice, [vote] in stadiums or in concert halls. There are many problems that are being discussed now," the politician added. Venislavsky was asked how much time it takes to prepare this bill.

The People's Deputy replied that the document could be prepared faster than six months. "A couple of months and we will be able to prepare it, to submit to the hall. The main thing is to solve all these issues. There was no reason to doubt the legitimacy of the newly elected authorities," he summed up. We will remind, elections in Ukraine should be held in 60 days after the end of martial law. After the war, the first Ukrainians will choose the Verkhovna Rada.
