Ukrainians prove their courage every day, their sustainability, which can stop Russia - the Presidential appeal
From the beginning of a full -scale war - $ 12 billion. Japan is a real leader in Asia in protecting an international order based on the rules and just people's lives. We also discussed that North Korea has now become a accomplice to Russia and helps Putin in this criminal war. I informed about the activity of the North Korean soldiers in Kurshchyna, about all the threats from the cooperation of Pyongyang and Moscow.
Russia teaches North Korea modern war, and this can cause significantly wider destabilization. We have together with all our partners to counteract this. There is a new support package from Japan. Of course, we spoke with Japan's Foreign Minister about strengthening sanctions against Russia, about our economic cooperation with Japan, about rebuilding and how to bring a just peace closer. We are preparing for talking to the new Prime Minister of Japan.
Today, he held another meeting to prepare our internal sustainability plan - a point about heroes' policy. The meeting was quite wide - not only the Ministry of Veterans. Different officials. Many aspects. And it is very important that there is no less specifics in the decisions of the state. Specific programs that work. Specific support measures. Specific things in the memory of the war and the feat of the Ukrainian people.
And specific post -war proposals for our soldiers, who have proven that they are the most strong force in Europe, capable of protecting their home and all of Europe. And this is only one of the many aspects in which the internal plan of Ukraine's sustainability is interconnected with the Victory Plan, which we presented to partners and which can be implemented by partners. Ukrainians prove daily with their courage, their stability, which can stop Russia.
Courage and stability are also needed from partners. And a few more things. Today is the day of radio, television and communication workers. And I am grateful to everyone and everyone who all in Ukraine and the great Ukrainian community in the world is associated with information, emotions, communication and, most importantly, understanding that Ukraine is and will always be.
I am grateful to all our people who, even at the worst moments, provide for Ukrainians the opportunity to talk to their relatives and hear how Ukraine is fighting, what Ukraine is doing, what Ukraine seeks. No one in Ukraine should feel alone when we are all united, including information, including communication, including Ukrainian emotion - a feeling that we will overcome everything.
