"Demonstrate legitimacy": the Russian Federation is preparing for pseudo -elections in the occupied territories - the CNS
Tomorrow, September 8, the invaders will open the "polling stations" that will work for three days, but today the Russians are beginning to organize a mass, for which they close budgetary institutions, attract "volunteers" from students of different educational institutions, bring pseudo -residents from Russia. And all this - under the sights of machines and arranged cameras of so -called "journalists" and "military".
"The voice of most sites will be explained by the fact that the majority of the population voted at the place of residence . . . However, the important nuance is that the inhabitants of Tot are in no hurry to visit the polling stations and therefore the Kremlin invented a scheme in which the lack of appearance in the" elections "can ", - added to the CNS.
According to the experts of the Center, all this farce called "elections to the Russian Federation", where the elections are essentially absent, aims to one clear propaganda goal: to demonstrate the "legitimacy of" Russian power in the temporarily occupied territories and the "unity of the nation" around its Führer.
However, it is already known that the excitement around these pseudo -elections is not observed and the occupiers will have to make efforts to simulate the legitimacy of the "election process". Therefore, for example, in the occupied areas of the Kherson region, "local" authorities began distributing grocery sets near "voting points". In this way, Russian aggressors create attractive pictures for their "media".
The Center for National Resistance calls on residents of the temporarily occupied regions and continue to ignore the "elections" and warns of possible provocations of Russians at "polling stations" in order to have an excuse to mobilize their society for war. At the end of August, it became known that the occupation authorities are still preparing for the so -called elections to the local councils in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
According to focus, the invaders even allowed local residents to vote without Russian passports. At the same time, the guerrilla movement of Atesh warned that thanks to the "electoral lists" the invaders will be able to update lists for mobilization, and the Mariupol City Council called pseudo -election "a mobotic" laughing at democracy.
