Thank you very much. Dear friends, all the guests who gathered here today, and every friend of freedom he will hear us! I thank you for this honor. And I want you to know that in everything we have achieved at this time, and most importantly, in everything we can achieve - our people and our Ukrainian courage - you have become part of this. Your help, your decisions, your determination will not allow you to lose freedom.

Today's world does not allow us to lose any battle when on one side is freedom, and on the other - all that we would never wish our children. None of us would like-no matter whether we are in America, or in Ukraine, or at any point in Europe, or anywhere in the world-no one voluntarily chooses for our children such regimes as Russian, Iranian or Iranian or Iran Any other dictatorship.

These modes are always built on violence, always solve wars and shed blood, always steal the future - they destroy years, leaving decades in ruins. That's why they have to lose. We don't have much time. The next few months will be decisive. In this war - the war of Russia against Ukraine and all of you, because it is a war of Russia against freedom itself - we have little time to determine what its result will be. And we need to define it. Not Russia, not their bloody allies. We must be faster.

We do not need to lose the next few months in the war, so as not to lose the next decades. Ukraine has a victory plan. And I will present this plan to America: Biden President, Congress, both presidential candidates - Camalis Harris and Donald Trump - and all our allies in the world. And I think it should be our joint achievement - victory for the sake of freedom, without any compromises at the expense of freedom.

Just now we all have the power to form a world where our children and their children will live. What will they believe - our children? Will they believe in values ​​that combine all of you in spite of any differences, both in this country and in our connection with America? Will they lose hope living in the world where wars continue? This "gold plate" will never be given Putin or like him.
