According to Yusov, there are now measures that are the direct consequences of Russia's invasion and occupation. The Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the current environment no longer works for the benefit of the enemy and it no longer seems so invulnerable. Therefore, the invaders cannot feel calm in all territories. He also added that it will not be possible to quickly restore the large landing ship "Olengogorsky Hornyak".
