The National Police reported that the pre -trial investigation is currently underway.

"The police detained the suspect in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The information about the event was entered in the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations under item 1 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional murder - ed. ). The mobilized lawyer Klim Bratkovsky confirmed the fact of the incident and told the details in a closed post on Facebook.
