This was reported by the Cabinet representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in his official telegram channel.

"The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation was terminated on the extension of the 15P118m missile system (signed, ed. ) On 21. 02. 2006 in Moscow," Melnychuk wrote. According to him, the agreement was terminated due to a radical change in the circumstances of the signed document.
