In the center of the National Operation, they said that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that allows to enter into contracts with the army of Russian "inhabitants of statelessness". In addition, penalties have increased to 20 thousand rubles for failure to notify the "military enlistment offices" about the place of residence. "In Russia, sections are often forced to sign contracts through pressure - both during service and after detention," the CNS stressed.
