The anti-aircraft missile complex will be able to intercept both winged and ballistic missiles within 100 km. Italy Prime Minister George Meloni expects that the SAMP/T Anti-aircraft missile system will be officially announced in the coming days. The works are done with France. About it reports ANSA. Meloni states that Italy is fully assisted by Ukraine. She recently received an invitation from President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to visit Kyiv.

During the press conference, she also stated that Italy, together with France, would transfer the Ukrainian army about SAMP/T. "We have been engaged in a very important case with Paris for a while. I think we are moving promptly and in the coming days we will be able to declare it finally. Who helps Ukraine is working for peace," George Meloni said. SAMP/T will be able to intercept the Air Force Air Force and winged missiles. It can also knock down ballistic missiles.
