However, the military may be dismissed from the Armed Forces if they have legal grounds. This was understood by Channel 24 journalists.

According to the Law on Military Duty and Military Service, it is possible to dismiss from service in wartime: in order to be released in wartime, the military must provide a report in the name of the commander of his part. It must specify the grounds for dismissal, as well as provide the necessary documents. The commander is obliged to consider a report and make a decision on dismissal.

It is important that the report should be submitted on time - no later than 30 calendar days before the day of release. Article 37 of the same Law establishes categories of citizens who may be removed from military accounting.
