Russia is preparing new anti -Ukrainian information operations in Europe to persuade Ukrainian refugees not to go home. This was reported by a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadim Skibitsky.

One of these operations, according to Skibitsky, the Russians are already conducted in Italy. "These are presentations of various" artistic and documentary "books about crimes of Ukraine in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," Skibitsky said. Also, a representative of the GRU of Ukraine stressed that the Russians began "very powerful work" to spread their propaganda in Europe.
