Russian Marker robot has received a PTRC system: does it threaten the Armed Forces tanks

According to Dmitry Rogozin, four modules "Cornet" were installed on the work. The former head of Roscosmos, and now the adviser from the technical part of the occupation troops of Russia, Dmitry Rogozin, published in his telegram-channel video with testing "Marker". According to him, the platform is installed at once four PTRC "Cornet". Focus wrote about "marker" repeatedly, but our readers are not familiar with the "Cornet" system.

The Cornet PTRC developed Tula weapons and this complex is designed to destroy tanks and other armored vehicles. Moreover, as developers assure, it can even punch a composite armor. In addition, "Cornet" will cope with helicopters or fast boats. The "Cornet" weapons consists of a bite with two opened steering wheels in the front and four folding wings in the tail part. The rocket management is carried out by a laser beam, which promotes high accuracy of hit and protection against obstacles.

Moreover, the "Cornet" system can be placed not only on a robotic platform of the "marker" type, but also on a machine-training, armored car, tank or helicopter. The starting device has an optical-electronic guidance system with day and night channels, as well as automatic capture and support of the goal. As for the range, according to the developers, the most common modification of "Cornet-e" can shoot 5. 5 kilometers. The most long-range modification is Cornet-D.

It is capable of picking up the target at a distance of 10 kilometers with the help of a self -introduction head. Cornet PTRK is not the latest but proven Russian technology. Since 1998, he has been tested in battle in Chechnya, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Syria and Nagorno -Karabakh. The Russians claim that even Abrams and Israeli Tanks of Mercova managed to pick up his help. However, it is not known how many robots "marker" with the "Cornet" system Russian invaders will be sent to Ukraine.
