Also, minors will be able to receive money by their legal representatives on the basis of a power of attorney. Similar help has already been introduced in Karelia, Khabarovsk Territory, Orlovsk and Bryansk regions.

At the same time, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Parenting, Motherhood and Childhood, Nina Ostinin called not to push minors to give birth to children and called such an event "forced". She stressed that the government did not encourage schoolgirls to get pregnant.

The TASS specified that payments in the Kemerovo region will be able to receive those who study in schools, institutions of secondary education (colleges and technical schools), universities (universities and institutes). The money will be paid to Russians who have become pregnant since the beginning of this year. You can seek help after pregnancy reaches a 22 weeks mark. Those who have already received support in another region will be denied.

Governor of the Orel Oblast Andriy Klitschkov stated that a similar decree is based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor on fertility. According to him, more than 40 regions of the Russian Federation were approved. In the Bryansk region, pregnant students offer more help - 150 thousand rubles.
