A meeting with a German delegation was held at the Presidential Office, during which they discussed the opposition of Russian propaganda

The deputy head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, Igor Zhovkva, met with a German delegation headed by the Minister of Federal, European, International Affairs and Media-Head of the State Office of the Federal Land North Rhine-Westphalia of the Federal Republic of Germany. The key topic of the event is to coordinate steps to counteract Russian propaganda. The aggressive lobbying of the Kremlin narratives in the German democratic society was discussed separately.

The parties have agreed to work closely to form an appropriate response from all over Europe. Separately referred to a security situation in Ukraine and a significant role in Germany in providing financial, humanitarian, economic, military needs and reconstruction issues. Igor Zhovkva noted the significant support of the Dnieper region by the federal land of the North Rhine-Westphalia, which in 2023 entered into the first partnership with the Ukrainian region.

"We value investments in the rapid reconstruction of the region, as well as efforts to expand regional partnership and encourage German business to deepen cooperation with Ukraine in priority industries," - said the Deputy Head of the Head of State. During the meeting, they discussed the directions of deepening economic and military-technical cooperation, the European integration path and the post-war restoration of our country.
