North Korea will help Russia with workers for the assembly of "Shaheed"
Replenishment of the workforce is planned by the end of 2025, reports the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. According to the information of intelligence officers, at the end of October, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation met with representatives of the North Korean company Jihyang Technology Trade Company, which is engaged in the search and selection of workers in North Korea.
The Russians promise to pay employees from the DPRK approximately $2. 50 per hour, and the work shift will be at least 12 hours. "Such measures testify to the deepening of strategic cooperation between the two dictatorships regarding the continuation of the aggressive war against Ukraine," the GUR believes. North Korea continues to support the Russian Federation in every possible way, and not only with manpower, but also with weapons.
It supplies 200-260 thousand 152 mm and 122 mm projectiles per month for the Russian army. Dictator Kim Jong-un also handed over to his Russian colleague Putin short-range ballistic missiles KN-23 and KN-24, with which the Russian Armed Forces fire at Ukrainian cities.
In addition, intelligence recorded in September how a thousand troops from the DPRK arrived in the Kursk region in accordance with Pyongyang's statements about sending additional forces to the region consisting of 1,000 sappers and 5,000 military construction workers. In the war against Ukraine, the DPRK has already lost several thousand soldiers.
North Korean labor migrants are also being actively recruited in Russia to compensate for the loss of the working population as a result of mobilization measures. At least 17,800 workers from North Korea currently work in the Russian Federation. We will remind that another 26,000 workers will be brought from the DPRK to the Russian Federation, some of whom will work in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
