In Belarus, Russian aircraft, namely two Su-24m/MR, Su-25 and Su-30cm, were noticed. The monitoring group noted that the Russian group in the country is few. In Belarus, the number of aircraft of the Russian Federation Air Force forces has increased. This was reported in the monitoring group "Belarussian Gayun" on Telegram. "In Belarus, the Aviation of the PCS of the Russian Federation has increased," the message reads.

The group noted that during October, low aviation activity was recorded in Belarus, but Belarusian Gayun noticed a small increase in the number of PCS boards. In particular, as of November 1, the following Russian aircraft were in Belarus: the monitoring group emphasized that the increase in aircraft occurred at the expense of arrival in the country of Su-24M/MR and Su-30cm aircraft during September and October.

Nevertheless, the position of the Russian military in Belarus has not changed, in particular, the Russian group is small. Analysts reported that the increase in the number of aircraft of the Russian Federation is not threatening, since in August their number in Belarus was higher. However, an increase in the number of Russian fighters can occur in the case of a new wave of mobilization in Russia, as it was before, or under the influence of other events, according to the group.

"The level of activity of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Belarus can be described as very low," the message said. According to the group, only five military transport aircraft of the Russian Federation, which is the least number of arrivals per month since November 2022, arrived from the Russian Federation to Belarus.

Military Transport Aviation of the PCS of the Russian Federation and connected with the Wagner PEC flew to the following airfields: while the arrivals Zaluzhny reported that Russia could increase the amount of combat aircraft. According to him, the enemy can increase the number of aircraft through the construction of new squadron of storm aviation by the end of 2023.
