The winner of the auction was Olga Lipovetska. The auction took place on Monday, and two participants were admitted to it: Olga Lipovetsk and Yulia Kalnitskaya. The winner, Olga Lipovetska, offered the amount of 44 million 356 thousand rubles, which is exceeding the initial price by 20 million rubles. The auction step was 1. 2 million rubles. The apartment in the residential complex "Emperor" in the village of Livadia (Yalta City Council) has an area of ​​119. 5 square meters.

It was purchased in 2013 for $ 164,000 and was registered in the name of Ukrainian presidential wife Elena Zelenskaya.
