Violation of military accounting during mobilization: what are the conditions for imposing Pine CCC (video)

There are more than 30 fields with information about the citizen in the register of conscripts, the Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernororenko explained. Before writing a fine, the military must all work and search for data in other state bases. The employees of the military enlistment offices in the course of mobilization in Ukraine must act on a certain procedure before imposing a fine on the military.

Before punishing for evasion of military accounting, they must check other registers with information about a person. The deputy minister of defense Kateryna Chernororenko told about what data should be filled in the register of "Oberig" and how the military committee will work in an interview with TV Army. Chernororenko explained that the law on strengthening of mobilization in Ukraine has introduced a norm concerning the punishment of citizens for evasion.

For example, the conscript was awarded the call to the territorial staffing center (TCC) to clarify the data: it should come to the military enlistment office at a certain time, but did not appear. This does not mean that they will immediately write out a resolution on the penalty of the CCC, the official emphasized.

"We have now submitted the rule that the fine is imposed only on those who evade military accounting and there is no integration with other registers," the Ministry of Defense representative said. How is the CCC under mobilization in Ukraine: the official noted that the CCC may receive information about the place of residence, health, place of work or study during mobilization in Ukraine. But, for example, it can be a problem to establish a military accounting specialty.

There are more than 30 fields in the Oberig Register - all have to be filled. The Ministry of Defense plans to publish which fields are filled from the registers and which requires a person's visit to the CCC. Chernororenko answered the question of whether the military committee was selected to clarify military accounting. She stated that there was no such procedure - everything is still dependent on people who work in the staffing and fulfill the requirements of mobilization in Ukraine.

"There will be no direct answer. There will be a next answer - the percentage of the human factor is very high. Only the TCC employee really decides which people fall into this pool," she said. In addition, the official proposed to apply to Article 7 of the Law on the State Register of Military Directorate. The article lists 34 points that must be filled in mobilization measures in Ukraine.
