Cabinet approved a new form of military ticket: what has changed

Military accounting documents, drawn up before May 16, are considered valid before the issue of a new sample document. The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new form of military accounting document. The relevant government resolution was published on the Cabinet website.

"According to the new order, a military accounting document is a document that determines its owner's belonging to the performance of military duty (created) and is issued to a citizen of Ukraine, who is a conscript, conscript or reserve, including if it was expelled from military accounting of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 6 of Article 37 of the Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" and did not receive such a document before the Cabinet of Ministers is entered into force on May 16 No.

559 ", - the document reads. The military accounting document will be issued even to those who have previously been declared unfit for military service or reached the age of being in stock. Such citizens who are excluded from military accounting, the military accounting document is not withdrawn and it is entered to the exclusion from the military accounting.

The military-accounting document in electronic form is formed by means: the Government's message states that this resolution enters into force on the same day as the updated mobilization law-from May 18. The Cabinet adds that military accounting documents drawn up to this resolution are considered valid "before issuing a new sample document".

The updated military ticket will indicate the date of birth, surname, name and patronymic, registration number of the taxpayer card, military rank, military accounting specialty and results of the VLC. There is also a delay from mobilization. The number of military accounting document on the form and the date of its issuance shall be entered in the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists on the day of issue.
