According to preliminary data, as a result of the night blow of the Russians in Odessa, 18 apartments of 9-storey buildings were destroyed. As a result of damage near the located building of the boiler, 12 apartment buildings and kindergarten remain without heat supply. The place for temporary displacement of residents is determined.
