According to the investigation, the attackers are 28-year-old and 43-year-old residents of the border region. They were already detained on suspicion of hooliganism. A video appeared on social networks, where two men with axes tried to attack a group of people in military uniform. BBC News Ukraine has told the incident in more detail. This could happen in the remote area of ​​Chernivtsi region, not far from the border with Romania.

The staff shows how two men in military uniform, as well as citizens who were called the staff of the shopping center and the joint venture, have a dialogue with their husband on horseback. That was in the hands of the ax. In a moment in the video you can see the yellow car "Niva", which knocked one of the men in shape. From there came another citizen who attacked people. He beat them with an ax, after which he began to break the windows in the vehicle on which they arrived.

The violators swore loudly and threatened, after which they left the incident. The other group of people with military units and police representatives watched remotely for what is happening. BBC Ukraine journalists appealed to law enforcement agencies, where they were confirmed that the attack was indeed committed to the employees of the Tax Code and the JV.

The spokeswoman of the regional administration of Karolina Marysheva stated that it happened on March 7 in the settlement of Ploska Vyzhnytsia district, near the checkpoint "Gorlecha". There are only 5 kilometers from there to the Romanian border. "Two local residents of the Vyzhnytsia district came to the checkpoint and, according to the police, provoked the conflict and then inflicted bodily harm to the employee of the Tax Code, and also damaged the car.

In this fact, investigators started criminal proceedings," - the message reads. The investigation managed to establish that the driver of "VAZ-2121" ran into a 41-year-old CCC employee, then left the car and hit him with an ax in his forearm. Another malefactor also hit a serviceman in the shoulder with the help of an ax. As a result, the representative of the military enlistment office was injured, but the expertise has not yet been established.

The suspects also damaged the windshield and side windows of one of the cars, after which they disappeared from the scene. "Employees have installed violators-a 28-year-old and 43-year-old locals. The injured men were detained by border guards for trying to illegally cross the border with Poland.
