"Case in Money": Why did the Russian Federation launch 4 missiles in Ukraine with 4 Tu-95MC aircraft (video)
Avayexpert Valery Romanenko, a leading researcher at the State Aviation Museum on Radio NV explained why the Russians resorted to such "tactics". According to Romanenko, the main reason lies in the financial aspects. Theoretically, four rockets could be launched from one aircraft, since one Tu-95MC is capable of carrying eight rockets. However, this would lead to overload.
But the main thing is that the launch of all missiles from one aircraft would mean that only one crew would receive combat payments. The use of four aircraft allows to distribute payments between four crews. "Here any regiment commander will tell you about the reasons for raising several aircraft to a task that one aircraft could accomplish," Romanenko says. Thus, as the expert explained, the decision to lift several aircraft in the air instead of one is caused by financial incentives.
"A little unexpected, but practice, you know? We need to stimulate. There are no victories - stimulate money, a simple formula," Romanenko summarized. We will remind, on June 20 Ukrainian attacks were massaged by Russia with the use of shock drones and missiles. According to Ukrenergo, energy objects were attacked in four regions, seven energy was injured.
