The losses of Russia in the war against Ukraine, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, from February 24, 2023 until November 10 are more than 309 520 people of personnel, but Russian parliamentarians do not consider them high. The deputy of the Russian State Duma Andriy Gurilev stated that the war against Ukraine prompted Russia to develop. He expressed such an opinion on the show of the propagandist Vladimir Solovyov.

He stressed that hostilities are "a huge impetus for the country's development. " He decided to convince the Russians that the war they resolved in Ukraine led to the development of Russia. "The war goes, the country is alive, the country is developing," Gurilev said. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, from February 24, 2023 until November 10, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation lost more than 309 520 people in Ukraine.

This amount is increasing daily, because the fighting continues in different directions.
