The Russian Federation is preparing an elite unit for Bakhmut Paltina: the General Staff document was drawn into the network
This is evidenced by the likely leakage of a secret note of the General Staff of Russia, received by Russian human rights activist Vladimir Osechkin, which he reported on July 23 in his Telegram channel, Newsweek reports. Osychkin stated that he received a secret note from a source that was allegedly represented by an employee of the Russian General Staff.
A letter that Newsweek could not immediately check, seemed to be addressed to the highest general of President Vladimir Putin, the head of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov. The letter proposes to send "assault detachments" under the leadership of the commander-in-chief of Colonel-General Mikhail Teplinsky in districts located near Bakhmut in the east of Donetsk region of Ukraine-Slavyansk, Krasny Lyman, Bigorovka (Lugansk region) and the village of Orikhovka.
Gerasimov asked to reconcile this proposal. The document with a self-signature of July 18 was published by the Telegram-channel "Moscow Prace" after the release of the commander of the 58th All-Military Army, Colonel-General Ivan Popov.
The audio recording of Popov was also published, in which he, apparently, complained directly to the President of Russia, asking the question of "insufficient organization of the counter -bacity struggle, the lack of posts of artillery intelligence, mass death and injury to our brothers from the enemy artillery.
" After that, on July 15, troops of the 7th Division of the Air Force published an audio report, which was warned of the release of their commander Teplinsky, who also complained about the war in Ukraine. They threatened to withdraw troops from the occupied Kherson region in the south of Ukraine, if something similar would happen to Teplinsky.
According to Osiechkin's source, the letter confirms the message widespread in the "famous anonymous Russian Telegram channel", that the VDV is sent for "slaughter" and for the assault "fortress under Bakhmut, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are defective. " "They [Defense Minister Sergei Shoig and Gerasimov] are preparing to send them for slaughter," the Telegram channel said. "All of them are, in fact, a light infantry, and they are thrown at the breakthrough of multilayered defense.
" "If the maneuver of the Ministry of Defense succeeds, then in one blow they will kill two rabbits - it will thin out dissatisfied methods of management of the military and slow down the surrender of Bakhmut, which is now half -point," - adds the channel. "If the idea fails, then the guilty will be done by Teplinsky. And maybe they will help him in a failure, limiting his equipment and ammunition (again, in his usual manner).
