60% of the allowances: in British intelligence told what problems have brought sanctions for

According to analysts, the enemy can no longer trade or buy goods freely. If the production of ammunition for war in Ukraine managed to adjust, then with other weapons systems it is much more difficult, because foreign components are needed. Due to a full -scale war, international sanctions were imposed in Ukraine against Russia. They violated the supply of key products for the Kremlin's defense industry. This is stated in the Intelligence Report of the UK Ministry of Defense of April 1.

According to analysts, Russian isolation significantly limits the number of countries with which Moscow can cooperate directly. Trade in this way increases the delivery time and the cost of goods that could previously be purchased quietly. "According to the study of the Institute of Economics, the Bank of Finland, the third party countries charge more than 60 percent of the price allowance for exports to Russia to some goods that are subject to sanctions," - the message reads.

Separately, British analysts added that, despite Russia's sanctions recently, the production of key ammunition has been increased. At the same time, international restrictions are more likely to affect the production of more advanced weapons and complex systems used by Russian invaders on the battlefield. In particular, they are those systems that are in production and development. They are almost surely dependent on foreign components and technologies.

"Sanctions are likely to continue to violate both demand and export of Russian weapons, and significantly complicate the mechanisms of payments to Russia. This almost certainly contributed to a significant reduction of Russian arms exports and increasing delays with deliveries, in particular for the rest of the buyers of weapons," Analysts continued.

According to the Stockholm International Institute for Peace Problems, from 2019 to 2023, the share of Russia in world trade decreased to 11 percent. From 2014 to 2018 it was at 21%. We will remind, on March 31 the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak stated that Europe does not want to forbid Russia to bypass sanctions.
