Civilians released from Russian captivity will be entitled to defer from mobilization: the Verkhovna Rada supported the bill
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved as a whole, Bill No. 12104 on clarification of the grounds for giving delay from conscription for military service during mobilization. 304 MPs voted in favor. Important changes include the right to defer the mobilization of those whose close relatives have disappeared and released from the Russian captivity by the Russian captivity.
