Russia accumulates Tu-95 and Tu-160 bombers on Engels Air Base,-Eradar

At the same time, the published images are noticeable that seven Tu-95MC bombers are parked next to each other, and four TU-160 are scattered in the northern part of the aerodrome. "4 more boards are painted and do not do the weather," the message reads. The publication states that the containers are clearly visible near the aircraft, which probably stored missiles. According to Western sources, at the end of September, there were only five TU-95MCs and two Tu-160 bombers in Engels.

Thus, it is almost twice an increase in a little more than a month. In this regard, experts noted that despite the "original" method of protecting aircraft from punches of drones in the form of automobile tires on wings and fuselages, universal protection against UAVs have not yet come up with UAV. And specialized shelters were also created - obviously, the Russian command decided to stay on a faster and cheaper method - to use car tires as UAV protective equipment.
