Despite the restrictions on the part of the organizers, the Russian won from Vladivostok, who instead of the "Russia" tape was handed the title "Far East". The competition took place from September 10 to September 14 in Bulgaria.

Representatives of Turkey, the Netherlands, Serbia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Montenegro and other countries aged 22 to 43 were fought for the crown. The winner was 31-year-old makeup artist Anastasia Belik from Vladivostok, who became the first participant from the Far East to win this title, writes Russian "74. ru". The organizers of the competition presented it not as "Mrs. Russia", but under the ribbon "Far East".

Despite this, Belik stated that she felt support for her country and thanked the victory of the family and relatives. In previous years, it was already becoming Mrs. Vladivostok and the first vice-city of Russia. Ukrainian contestant Lilia Shevtsova received the title "Mother of Europe".
