Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova told about the new rules for which warriors will be recruited for the defense units. Explanation officials on new approaches to recruiting were heard on the air of the All -Ukrainian Teleterna. Kalmykova noted that the process occurs in the same way as when taken to work civilians. For example, the head of a company is looking for an employee who has some skills. The person who meets these requirements responds. And if it really comes up, he gets a job.
A similar system will be reproduced in the Ukrainian army. At the same time, she emphasized that recruiting is already used to attract people in defense forces. "Recruiting to the ranks of the Armed Forces and other formations of the security and defense sector in Ukraine has already been used. Our task as a Defense Ministry is to develop, to give a new opportunity for people who are ready to go to serve and choose their own profession. " Kalmykova indicated that "there is no test term in the army.

The official described what rules the recruiting process took place. At first, a resume of citizens is accepted in the Armed Forces. After that there is a "competition" and an interview. If the interview was successful, the citizen goes to the relevant unit that the specialist needed.

Recruiters study the resume, interview and make the decision "whether a person is right". She stressed that the company will have to fulfill its mission - to provide in the unit exactly the person who "really will be in his place".
