According to Sergei Gaidai, the operation to release the Luhansk region, as the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has collected a large number of personnel and military equipment. By the end of winter, Ukraine's defense forces should reach the 2014 demarcation line, and over the next year, completely liberated the Luhansk region from the Russians. Such a forecast was announced by the head of the regional military-civilian administration Sergey Gaidai.

According to him, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation seriously prepared for the counter -offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Lugansk direction, collecting a large number of personnel and military equipment to the frontier settlements. Sergei Gaidai is convinced that the operation to liberate the Luhansk region will be very difficult.

At the same time, the leader of the Ova believes that by the end of winter the forces of Ukraine will reach the demarcation line as of 2014, and throughout the next year they will be able to fully deduct the region captured by the Russians.
