In the Rostov region of the Russian Federation there is a city of the same name, located near the border with Ukraine. Later Golubev published details about the consequences of a blow, which he accused the Armed Forces.

According to him, fragments of the beaten rocket fell into the areas of households in the working settlements of Donetsk. In particular, two houses were damaged by slate roof. "On Monday, there will be roof restoration work. No one of the people was injured from the breakdown of fragments," the governor said. The head of the Donetsk administration in the Rostov region Roman Kuryaev also confirmed the attack of the city.
