In China, the call system changes during the war: what will change

Local authorities should first and foremost gain skilled college students to improve the quality of personnel. Chinese officials are changing the provisions on conscription during hostilities. Highly qualified college students will now be given preference. The call should be made on the basis of the current needs of the military.

The rules for the recall of qualified veterans during the war are also established. New changes will come into force on May 1.
