F-16 was thrown against "daggers": in Poland they responded to a massive rocket attack of the Russian Federation

The Polish Armed Forces Command reported that the F-16 fighters started 45 minutes after the launches of Russian rockets. In total, four aircraft were sent to the interception. Polish F-16 fighters were lifted into the air at a period when the Russian Federation carried out rocket firing of Ukraine. The sky over the neighboring country was patrolled by four military aircraft, which landed only after the signal of the Air Force.

Poland's military command is referred to in the posts of the Armed Forces on the social network X (formerly Twitter). At about 8:49 (behind Kiev), Poland's operational command said she noticed the increased activity of Russian aviation. In response, four F-16 ally aircraft were raised. Two aircraft flew from the air base to Pound, two more - from the Aviation Base in Kshesins. The first group started at 6:45 in Kiev, the second - at 7:15 in Kiev.

The purpose of allied aviation actions is to ensure the safety of airspace, - the military wrote. They also warned civilians, which could be loud through the flight of aircraft. At 11:45 the Polish military reported that they had returned the planes to the base. They assured that the threat has passed, but the monitoring of the air situation continues.

In addition, 12 "Iskander" (or C-300 or C-400) flew from the north, and three "calibers" from the south.
