The charges concern 2017-2022. Both involved in Poland legally.

Belarus studied at one of Bialystok's universities, and subsequently engaged in the organization of parachute training - during this time he had to establish contacts, including social ones, and to use them to work for Russian military intelligence. The Russian carried out reconnaissance activities under the guise of cultural work and tourism. Both were arrested in April 2022. They are still in custody. They were brought from custody to the first meeting-almost a year ago.

The trial was closed, although the lawyers of the accused demanded that the case be public. The prosecutor then filed an exclusion of open hearing, referring to important state interests, as well as private interests - witnesses, including many military.
