They were bullied by prisoners in Kharkiv region: the SBU declared suspicion to two Russian military

The invaders of Kiprin and Kuchmanov captured several Ukrainian soldiers during the battles in Kharkiv this year. The suspects mocked the defenders and removed the torture over the captives, which was then posted on the Internet. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported that she reported suspicion to two Russian invaders, who during the offensive of the Russian Federation to Kharkiv region this year were mocked by Ukrainian prisoners.

This is stated in the press release of the Ukrainian special service. According to the preliminary investigation, it is about Alexei Kiprin, commander of the 3rd Rifle Company of the 153rd Panzer Regiment of the 47th Tank Division of the 1st Panzer Army of the Armed Forces the same military formation of the aggressor country. The SBU reports that two suspects participated in a second offensive in Kharkiv region in May-June 2024.

During the battles for the village of Starytsya of the Chuguev district, they together with three accomplices captured four Ukrainian servicemen. Having tied Ukrainian defenders, the Russian invaders beat them, knocked them off, imitated deaths, shoting near their head. The whole process of torture was shot by the suspect Cyprine on the camera of his mobile phone and then posted a video on the Internet.

The SBU noted that after the commission of crimes on the part of the Russian military Kiprin and Kuchmanov, they were informed in absentia of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 28 and Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons).
