Mobilization in Ukraine: Who in September will be excluded from military accounting

Ukrainian legislation has identified 7 categories of Ukrainians who will not be taken to service after exclusion from military accounting. In Ukraine, at least November 15 has continued martial law and general mobilization, but since September 1, some categories of citizens may be removed from military registration.
