From mobilization to counter -offensive failure: the Kremlin has approved a new IPSO against Ukraine

The Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation held a meeting to approve specific narratives to discredit Ukraine and influence its partners in the world. The Kremlin approved the next stage of the information war against Ukraine at a meeting on August 25. On August 29, the press service of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Telegram was reported.

"The administration of the Russian dictator hosted a meeting on the next stage of information war in Ukrainian and world media space," the message said. They noted that the topic of the meeting was "approval of specific narratives that should discredit Ukraine and influence its partners in the world.

" The event was attended by the first deputy head of the Russian Presidential Administration Volodymyr Putin Sergey Kiriyenko, Technologists and Media Representatives who will participate in the information operation. GUR noted that the Russian Federation would use the following topics and narratives: GUR called for Ukrainians to observe information hygiene and trust only official sources of information in order not to be subject to Russian propaganda.
