Attacked the hospital in the Sumy region: the occupants of the Armed Forces were transferred to the occupiers' tank (photo)

Last March, Russian invaders fired at the T-80 City Hospital in Trostyanka. The order was given by the commander of the tank of the 6th tank company of the 12th Guards Tank Regiment "Shepetivsky". The Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office handed over the Russian T-80 tank to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, from which the occupiers fired at a hospital in Trostyanets during the occupation. The prosecutor's office reported this on July 27 on Telegram.

It is reported that the tank was recognized as material evidence in criminal proceedings on the shelling of the Trostyanets Hospital. The department also published appropriate photos. According to the Sumy Prosecutor's Office, on March 23, 2022, during the Russian occupation, the military of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired at a city hospital in the city of Trostyanets, Sumy region from the T-80 tank.

It is reported that the order to commit sighting shots on a hospital building was given by the 23-year-old occupier, who holds the position of commander of the tank of the 6th tank company of the 12th Guards Tank Regiment "Shepetivsky" of the 4th Guards Tank Division "Kantimir".

Regarding the mentioned person by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, an indictment was approved and sent to court upon violation of the laws and customs of war committed by a prior conspiracy by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 28/Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The department also noted that the case is currently under the stage of preparatory court hearing.
