Mobilization in Ukraine: Which of the men will not be forcibly called on the Armed Forces

The Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" defines the categories of citizens who can join the Armed Forces only at will. In Ukraine, summons can be presented with all military men from 18 to 60 years. However, some citizens cannot forcibly call the Armed Forces. More about it told "Direct". In particular, these categories of persons are listed in Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization".
