In 2011 he graduated from the Chervonograd State Technical College of Mining Technologies and Economics, after which he joined the Western Ukrainian National University.

In 2015, he received a bachelor's degree in the specialty "Computer Science". The following year, he completed his studies in the specialty "Personnel Management and Labor Economics", having received the qualification of a specialist. "He was an activist and leader at the university, had great organizational skills, was persistent and purposeful, sociable and human. He worked in the department of creative self -realization and upbringing," - added to the university.

They added that Andriy Lutsk was not only a talented specialist, but also "a person of a great heart, who always sought justice and good. " The educational institution expressed condolences to their relatives and relatives.
