In addition, she stressed that the Defense Ministry will not introduce electronic summons, because now there is no legislative framework for this purpose. The electronic military ticket in the application is equated with a paper counterpart.

However, sometimes CCC, police or SSSU staff ignore this fact and refuse to accept an electronic document and require paper. In this case, the man has the right to invite the personal data of officials or to support the "reserve+", which captures and analyzes each case. After that, the situation is decided in coordination with representatives of the Land Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the CCC.
