"We all understand that now, in wartime, when there are many challenges, absolutely irresponsible - somehow . . . lightly and playing to throw election themes in society," said Volodymyr Zelenskyy. According to the President, Ukraine should stop "waves" with any things that split politically. In particular, it is necessary to decide that the time of defense and battle, which depends on the fate of the state and people, not the time of cliches that the Russian Federation awaits.

"I think that the election is not in time," Zelensky said. He stressed that if you need to put a point in any political dispute and continue to work in unity, there are structures in Ukraine that can do it and give society all the necessary answers to "there is no space for conflict and someone else's game against Ukraine ".

Volodymyr Zelensky added that his personal attitude and called, as well as February 24, 2022, to take care of Ukraine, its protection, the will and the destruction of the enemy. The eighth election of the President of Ukraine should take place in 2024, namely March 31 - the first round, and on April 21 - the second (in case of appointment).
