For torture and interrogations: Russians arrange military bases in a children's sanatorium near Berdyansk

According to the General Staff, the invaders use children's institutions to accommodate their troops and to use the civilian population as a living shield. On the territory of the children's sanatorium "Spring", located in the village of Novopetrivka of Berdyansk district of Zaporizhzhya region, Russian servicemen staged a military base. This was reported in the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

"On the territory of the Corps of the Children's Sanatorium" Spring "Russian servicemen have equipped a military base with more than 800 Russian servicemen and dispersed Russian military weapons in the immediate vicinity of residential buildings of locals," - reads. In the village of Chulakivka, the Skadovsky district of Kherson region, the invaders reincarnated the Recreation Center "IVA" under the military commandant.

According to information from the General Staff, this base conducts interrogations and tortures of patriotic citizens of Ukraine. "Russian invaders cynically continue to violate the rules of international humanitarian law and use children's institutions of temporarily occupied settlements to accommodate their troops, in order to use the civilian population as a living shield," the statement said.
