Attacks on Russian Air Force: The ISW has not confirmed the lesions of Russian aircraft

On the night of April 5, three aerodromes in the territory of the Russian Federation were attacked, which, as experts suggested, were damaged by aircraft of front and strategic aviation.

But according to the report of analysts at the Institute for War Study (ISW), there are no visual confirmations that Ukrainian UAVs have damaged or destroyed planes and infrastructure at any of the aerodromes. After an attack in a number of media, relying on sources in the SBU and GUR, it was reported that three strategic Tu-95MC bombers were damaged during the attack at the Engels Air Base Eight unrecognized aircraft at the Air Base in Morozovsk.

The death of four Russian servicemen in Engels, and 20 wounded and killed at Engels, was also reported. The same number of casualties and victims - 20 people in Morozivsk. "ISW has not yet found a visual confirmation that the Ukrainian forces have damaged or destroyed the planes and infrastructure objects on any of the air base," experts summed up.
