The authorities of the Sverdlovsk region published a resolution according to which a new mammal production quota for the Russians was established. The changes also touched the number of tricks and econos. The authorities of the Sverdlovsk region of Russia have set new restrictions on the production of animals in the region. These restrictions were approved in the resolution on regulation of the use of the wildlife in the Middle Urals, which was signed on August 31.

According to this document, quotas are installed for the production of animals per person per year. Now residents of the Sverdlovsk region can produce no more than one southern hedgehog annually, as well as up to 20 econos and mice. In addition, up to five ordinary tricks and up to 25 small bugs are allowed to be extracted annually. The total quota for production is 26 species of mammals, 138 species of birds, as well as 9 species of reptiles and amphibians.

In this case, the extraction of invertebrates is not limited to this resolution. It is noted that the resolution will come into force in March 2024 and last until March 2030. The document also states that the violation of the prohibition provides administrative liability in the form of penalties up to 1000 rubles for individuals and up to 100 thousand rubles for legal entities.
